iAlertU - Alarm System for your Apple MacBook Computer
When I saw the light saber fight video and tried the app I thought that it was cool, but sort of useless. The other day I stumbled upon the iAlertU application that uses the sudden motion sensor (SMS) to protect a Mac against thieves. Too bad that it is so easy to bypass it by using earphones :-/. But I have to admit that it is a creative idea and more useful than the mac saber.

Macbook contains SMS, so you should be able to run the iAlertU app just fine.

Servus Igor:) prave pozeram, ze si Mac-user. To je parada, na Slovensku to totiz az tak nefici co je dost skoda... Prave sa pohravam s myslienkou vymenit moj iBook za novsi Macbook, ale trosku vaham, kedze sa jedna o prvu generaciu...mozno by bolo dobre pockat na dalsiu verziu, co myslis? Maj sa;)

Na slovensku je Mac dost drahy, asi preto nefici :-/.
Sucasny MacBook je uz 2. generacia MacBookov (release date bol niekedy v novembry). Ak nemusis menit, tak by som este pockal na 3. generaciu.
